ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RMA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
